(RAK) The first commencement of the Rally Steering Committee
happens at the Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi. Members
of the Committee are the Ministry of Interior, the Abu Dhabi
Tourism Authority, the Emirates Motor Sports Federation, the
Automobile & Touring Club UAE and the Municipalities of
Abu Dhabi and Al Ain as well as special guests.

(RAK) Due to logistics problems the original route to Muscat
through Oman has been changed. The new route ONLY passes through:
Abu Dhabi – Liwa - Al Ain – Hatta –Fujeirah – Sharjah – Dubai
– Abu Dhabi. |

compete with their cars at a US-style drag race at the Al
Ain Car Festival on 17. 03.05. Vehicles of any age and make
are allowed to participate, although they compete in different
categories determine by performance and skill.
